反送中以來，多倫多一直有手足進行文宣工作，後來一些志同道合的手足一齊成立多聞，以對抗紅色媒體指鹿為馬，並為勇武派發聲。此外，多聞以文載道，推廣傳統文化，使香港即使即將陷落，其文化、精神仍能薪火相傳。猶太人失去以色列國的二千年間，靠的是宗教文化凝聚，最終回到屬於自己的土地，將失去的一切拿回來。香港亦需徐圖後計，在海外保存文化，保持屬於港僑的聲音。
Since the Water Revolution in 2019, many activists in Toronto have been promoting the social movement, and some of them came together to establish TOHKnews, in order to fight against CCP’s propaganda which always turns the truth on its head. We speak for the brave activists and Canada Hong Kongers. Moreover, we promote traditional culture, in order to preserve the spirit of Hong Kong nation, just like the Jews have been doing in the past 2000 years. It is indispensable to preserve our culture overseas, and retain our voice in society.
堅持發聲 寸步不退讓
《多聞》不只是一個中文媒體，更是一個屬於加拿大香港人，堅持港式雅正中文的媒體。即使國安法通過，《多聞》仍堅持發聲，不退讓半步，敵人要我噤聲，我就要更大聲！
Persevere to voice out for Hong Kongers and never flinch
TOHKnews is not only a traditional Chinese media, but also a media belonging to Canada Hong Kongers which has the preservation and promotion of orthodox and decent Chinese on our shoulders. TOHKnews keeps voicing out and never step back, albeit the National Security Law in Hong Kong in effect now. If our enemies want to silence us, we shall make our voices even stronger!
反送中以來，不少手足都辭去工作，全職投入抗爭。例如反送中文宣組便有不少義士如此。《多聞》當中，有工餘時間出力的戰友，也有全職抗爭的手足，例如本報總編，便堅持實時報道第一手抗爭消息、譯文以供同道傳閱給政要、寫文及搜羅同道專欄推廣香江文化……等等工作都需要人手維持。
Many activists resign from their job in order to fight wholeheartedly in the movement, for example, the propaganda group. So does TOHKnews. Our editor in chief adheres to reporting the first hand news of social movement: translate the Hong Kong news for other activists to share to policy makers, coordinate authors to write columns for promoting Hong Kong’s culture…. all these works need manpower, and most important of all, effort to maintain.
小本抗共 12萬捱兩年
生活迫人，全職投入抗爭的手足始終要有收入來源。如果工作，就會使投入《多聞》的時間大減，內容會大大減少之餘，抗共力量亦隨之而減。《多聞》輕身上陣，不像傳統報紙需要巨額資金以維持運作。我們不須印刷，人手亦比紙媒更少。我們預計只須12萬加元，在傳媒報紙登頭版也不夠的價錢，便夠本報未來兩年維持運作，繼續為加國港僑發聲，繼續令共產黨覺得篤眼篤鼻。
Cost of a front page advertisement can keep us running for 2 years
Everyone needs to make a living. If TOHKnews can only be operated by volunteers, our efforts in keeping ourselves at the forefront of anti-CCP will be greatly hindered. Unlike traditional media, TOHKnews only needs a few staff and a small scale to operate. As less as 120 thousand CAD, which is insufficient to even place a front page advertisement in a traditional newspaper, can support our operation for 2 years. We persevere in speaking up for Hong Kongers, and bother CCP at all times.
