香港政府入侵英國領土 Hong Kong Government invaded UK’s territory
香港政府對英國發動戰爭行為，而且不宣而戰！據實媒體報道，香港警察於一月十一日在英國領事館內「執法」。在位於金鐘的英國領事館， 有約二十名香港防暴警察於屬於英國領土的灰磚範圍內截查市民。 英國領事館對出的灰磚屬於英國領土，灰磚再對出的紅磚則屬於地政署或路政署範圍。片段清楚看見警察站在英國國領之下，屬於英國領事館領地的灰磚範圍內。
Hong Kong government started a war to United Kingdom without declaration! According to Pragmatic media’s live news, in January 11, about 20 Hong Kong cops invaded the territory of the United Kingdom by trespassing the grey brick area surrounding the consulate of United Kingdom at Admiralty. The grey brick area is the territory of UK, and the red brick area outside is the territory of HK. In the video, we can see the police stand under the UK’s national flag, which is inside the grey brick area.
在國際法的規範下，外交代表機構應享有治外法權，所以即使外交代表機構所在地實際為駐在國的領土，但內部空間視為當事國領土的一部份，另外，也包含駐此之外交人員依照維也納外交關係公約免受派駐地的法律制裁之保障。
According to the international law, foreign consulates enjoy extraterritoriality, and the consulate area is the territory of that country. The people inside are protected by Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, hence would not be punished under laws of the local country.
市民於英國領事館範圍內請願，布置橫額、展版，並唱《願榮光歸香港》。 有一女學生被鎖索帶，被女性警員帶上警車（車牌為AM8136)。該學生喊出自己名字朱梓蕎及所讀學校上智英文書院，希望教師及親友盡快救援。片段中有女市民與警察口角，後來該示烕者哮喘發作暈倒。示威者表示，警察宣告此處（英國領事館門外）不是英國領土，自己有執法權。警方來此因為收到有人在此刑事毀壞的線報。 拍片之記者被警察警告。
The civilians had protested inside the territory of United Kingdom’s consulate, and they displayed banners and sang “Glory to thee, Hong Kong”. A girl student was arrested by the cops. During the arrest, she shouted out her name Chu Tsz Kiu and the name of her school, Holy Trinity College. It is the way of Hong Kong protesters to prevent themselves from being killed by the police. A female citizen argued with the police, and she fell down because of suffocation. A protester said that the police declared that place (the grey brick area) not to be the territory of United Kingdom, and Hong Kong Police Force had the right to enact Hong Kong’s law. They went there because they received an alleged report of property damage, which was considered as a criminal case. The reporter who recorded the video below was warned by the police.
國際關係KOL雙天加比分析，英國為了多年來的對華貿易、諜報利益，加上正在搞脫歐要穩定亞太區市場，故英國在香港問題表態軟弱，有何表態不表樂觀。不過他又指出若不妥善處理會損害國家尊嚴及形象。不可以說是直接由中國政府或中共做此事，香港防暴警察最多代表香港政府，香港政府是一個地方政權，一個地方政權也可以欺負英國，英國顏面何存？故今次很看英國反應，不過他重申對英國無甚期望，既有經濟內患、脫歐包袱，其國力未必支撐到其在亞太區有何重大行動。
According to the analysis of the international relations KOL (Key opinion leader) Gabrielucifer Lee, United Kingdom would not have a strong stance in Hong Kong due to their benefit on China trades and espionage. Brexit makes UK need to keep the Asia Pacific market stable. It is hard to say this case involves China or CCP (Chinese Communist Party), and the police can only represent Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which is a local government. If a local government can bully UK, UK would fail to defend their image as well as national dignity. This case is a challenge to how UK reacts. Gabrielucifer Lee pointed out that he had no expectation on UK, since they are experiencing difficulties in both their poor economy and the Brexit problem, and UK’s bargaining power on economic influence cannot support them to have any concrete actions in Asia Pacific.
