保守黨奧圖爾籲與中共隔離 Conservative MP O’toole: Social distancing with the Chinese Regime
保守黨國會議員奧圖爾今日在社交媒體出圖，呼籲與中国政權隔離。顯示出他堅決反共。除此之外，這些日來他與各競逐保守黨黨魁的國會議員都寄了不少電郵，他其中一封電郵提到香港：「中国共產黨的自私與腐敗如今一目了然。他們隱瞞疫情並將吹哨者滅聲，然後他們開始將茅頭指向其他國家。現在他們想透過驅逐西方記者來臭屎密冚。
我們為何要驚訝？這些年來，中国共產黨將維吾爾族人關進集中營、他們違反香港高度自治的承諾、他們殘酷地壓制人民及欺負鄰國。
中国管治精英經常將一己私利放到最高，現在全球正為此付出代價。當決定性危機爆發，我們需根本地重新審視加拿大與中国政權的關係。我們需先捍衛我們利益，我們需知道他們不可信，我們不應期待中共會有所改變。加拿大需重審中共對我們的滲透，華為只是開端。
我們不能再對危險視而不見，中国政權正在毀滅世界，我等必需面對及認清中国共產政權。」

“The self-interest and corruption of the Communist Party of China is now in plain sight.
They covered up the initial outbreak and silenced those who tried to warn the world.
They then tried to blame others for the outbreak.
Now they are trying to veil their corruption by expelling Western journalists.
Why should we be surprised?
For years, the Communist Party of China has rounded up the Uighurs and put them in concentration camps.
It’s violated the terms under which Hong Kong is supposed to enjoy a high degree of self-rule and autonomy.
It brutally supresses its own people and bullies and threatens its neighbours.
The Chinese ruling elite is corrupt to the core and will ALWAYS put it’s own interests ahead of everything else.
And now the world is paying the price.
When the critical danger has passed, there must be a fundamental re-thinking of Canada’s relationship with the Chinese regime.
We must put our interests first.
We must understand that it cannot be trusted to tell the truth.
We cannot expect the character of the Communist Party of China to change.
Canada must re-examine all of the ways in which the Chinese regime is weaving its way into our national fabric, beginning–but certainly not ending–with Huawei.
We can no longer ignore the danger.
The Chinese regime has brought the world to its knees.
The world must confront the truth about the Communist regime in China.”
