年青人才計劃助無BNO赴加 HK youngsters without BNO can immigrant to Canada though “Young Talents Scheme”
有需要的港人有望移民到加拿大！消息指出，加拿大政府擬從正式移民方面協助香港人。香港監察一直與各國政府合作，其救生艇計劃的加拿大部分亦有新進展，「年輕人才計劃」將使1997後出世無BNO的香港青少年受惠！

加拿大總理杜魯多表示，加拿大尋求方法協助香港人，包括短期內實施移民相關措施。外長商鵬飛表示加拿大正在行動，因為中國在香港實施的《國安法》將北京承諾過的香港自治完全撕毀。就此加拿大取消將人引渡到港，並不再出口敏感軍事貨物到港。
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Canada is looking at additional measures including on immigration “in the days and weeks” ahead that could help Hongkongers who want to flee.” Foreign Affairs Minister Francois Philippe Champagne said Canada is taking these actions because of the national security legislation that China has imposed on Hong Kong that critics say will eliminate the autonomy Beijing promised the territory when it took control in 1997.
根據香港監察報告，加拿大政府擬引入「年輕人才計劃」予香港青少年。不少1997年後出世，18至23歲，正在讀大學之青年，因無BNO無法參加英國政府的計劃。香港青年可在加拿大之大專院校升學，並以工作及加拿大政府的貸款計劃支持及學費。此計劃供18至35歲者參與。
曾參與香港民運，有大學學位或正在讀大學之18至23歲青少年，加拿大政府將根據計分計劃給予優先。香港監察關於加拿大救生艇計劃內容原文如下：
The Canadian Government is considering the introduction of a ‘Young Talents Scheme’ for Hong Kongers.
A sizeable portion of the protestors in Hong Kong are university and school students ranging between 18-23. Born after 1997, many are not entitled to BNO and would not be covered by the UK Government’s scheme.
The emphasis would be on young Hong Kongers coming to study at colleges and universities in Canada, but with the ability to work to support their studies and with access to government student loans program.
The eligibility of applicants of the scheme could be limited to those between the age of 18-35.
Similarly, the Canadian Government could give priority under a points system to Hong Kongers between the ages of 18-23, who have been involved in the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong, and hold a university degree or are currently studying at university but do not benefit from the UK BNOs scheme.
