英領報警拉示威者 Breaking: UK Consulate invited HK police to arrest protesters
英國外交部證實，駐港英國領事館報警拘捕英領外之十五歲女童，理由是刑毀。
UK Foreign Office has confirmed that its Consulate General in Hong Kong invited the police to make arrests and disperse the crowd having mustered outside the consulate on Jan 11. One 15-year-old girl was arrested then for criminal damage.
數日前香港警察踏入屬於英國領土的英國領事館門外灰磚範圍拘捕示威者，涉嫌入侵英國領土、損害英國國家主權及尊嚴。如今英國表示是英國領事館主動報警，則不涉及香港與英國兩地之間的外交風波，英國免除了被一個地方政府欺負的軟弱無能標籤。
A few days ago, Hong Kong police stepped into the grey brick area to arrest the protesters. The were alleged to be breaking into British’s territory, harming British’s sovereignty and dignity. Now British government stated that its consulate in Hong Kong called the police. It is hence not an invasion by Hong Kong government, and UK is not bullied by a local government and not considered as coward in terms of diplomacy.
英領涉邀恐怖分子
不過這樣英國就要面對另外兩個詰難，一者麻木不仁，二者軟弱無能。麻木不仁者，民主國家英國一反全球主流社會對「香港警察是恐怖分子」之認知，主動邀請其拘捕爭取人權自由的香港示威者，此舉是麻木不仁。軟弱無能者，中國公然違反中英聯合聲明底下，英國公然邀請背後有中國撐腰的香港警察拘捕香港人，以實際行動支持中國違反中英聯合聲明，鼓勵與英國的締約國違反條約，亦是軟弱無能的表現。英國要擺脫軟弱無能及麻木不仁的形象，恐怕並非單憑外交手段可以達到。
If UK called HK police, they will be blamed for their cold blood and cowardice. The cold-blooded is calling HK police who is widely recognized as terrorists worldwide to arrest the protesters, who have been fighting for human rights and democracy. Their cowardice can been seen in tolerating China to violate Sino British Joint Declaration, and even encouraged such breach to take place. The act of China ordering HK police to hurt HK civilians shows their violation. UK didn’t even attempt to protect their citizens of their past colony from China-backed HK police, but call them to arrest the citizens of UK’s past colony.
保守黨遣責領事館
在香港警察踏入英國領事館領土的同日，英國保守黨出聲明讉責英國駐港領事館，似乎責任全在領事館身上。只要這件事只是領事館做錯，那英國就不是軟弱無能及麻木不仁了。英國駐港領事館是英國政府的一員，駐港領事館之事是否與英國政府無關？領事館出了事是否英國政府的領導層可以免責？讀者可以買定花生看看以外交手段獨步天下的英國政府表演。
On the same day of the incident, the Conservative Party of UK condemned the consulate. It seems like the fault is solely of the consulate and nothing related to the business of the UK government , and UK government needs not face the blame of cold blooded and cowardice anymore. Is consulate not a part of UK government? Aren’t the leaders of UK government responsible for the actions of their consulates?
